Before you reach out
Lord & Taylor gave a dress to 50 Instagram influencers in 2015 and paid each of them $1,000 to $4,000 to post it, and none of the posts disclosed the deal, which led to an FTC case against the retailer. Put in the brief that the creator says on camera the clothes were gifted or paid for and ticks YouTube's paid promotion box. Ask each creator's size in your first email and ship that size, because a try-on in the wrong size makes clothes look badly cut.
