Unused plan credits last one extra month, then expire.
Valid 12 months from the day you buy. Later purchases never extend earlier ones.
A credit about to expire is spent before one that lasts longer.
Credits bought on Scale keep full value on Growth.
A search holds worst-case cost, then charges for what it returned.
A search that finds nothing, or fails on our side, is refunded in full.

A lookalike search counts as one, however many creators it returns. An email lookup counts once per address found. Anything that comes back empty counts for nothing and costs nothing. Resets daily at midnight UTC. Need more? Talk to us.
