How credits behave
Your dashboard itemises each credit that moves.
Monthly credits roll over once
Unused plan credits last one extra month, then expire.
Purchased credits last a year
Valid 12 months from the day you buy. Later purchases never extend earlier ones.
Whatever expires soonest is spent first
A credit about to expire is spent before one that lasts longer.
Changing plans doesn’t touch your balance
Credits bought on Core keep full value on Starter.
Reserved at the start, settled at the end
A search holds worst-case cost, then charges for what it returned.
No results, no charge
A search that finds nothing, or fails on our side, is refunded in full.

Creators a day counts the creators your searches and lookups return, all tools together apart from YouTube email lookups, which count once per address found. Anything that comes back empty counts for nothing and costs nothing. Discovery searches (lookalikes and topic search) past your plan’s number at once wait their turn and start as soon as one finishes. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
