How YouTube niche search works

01

Describe the channels you want

Write one sentence, in any language. For example: “Home espresso gear reviewers in the US.”

02

Add filters if you need them

The same filters as Find similar channels: size, country, language, email and video style.

03

Get channels ranked by fit

Each channel gets a score from 0 to 1, and the best fit comes first.

04

Save, share or export

Save results to a list, share a read-only link with your client, or download a CSV.

How to write a good description

Be specific about the topic. “Espresso machine reviews” works better than “coffee”.
Say who watches. “Personal finance for new graduates” works better than “finance”.
Name the video type if it matters, like tutorials, vlogs or long interviews.
Use the country filter for where a channel is based, and the language filter for what it speaks.

YouTube niche search FAQ

How do I find YouTube channels in my niche?

Describe your niche in one sentence. You get channels that fit it, even when their names don’t mention the topic.

When should I use Find similar channels instead?

Use niche search when you can describe the channels but can’t name one. Once you have a few good ones, use Find similar channels to find more.

Can I search in other languages?

Yes. Write your description in any language, and filter by the language a channel posts in.

Why did I get fewer results than I asked for?

A search returns fewer channels than you asked for when fewer fit. Small niches have fewer channels, so widen your description a little to see more. You only pay for the channels you get.

Do I get email addresses?

You see which channels list a business email. Run Get channel emails on your results to get the addresses.
