Before you reach out
The US Postal Service's shipping rules say "Perfume containing alcohol may not be shipped internationally or mailed domestically using air transportation." That covers parcels a brand mails from the US with USPS: a bottle for a US reviewer goes by ground, and one for KatesBeautyStation in the UK, Perfumerism in Canada or The Niche Fragrance Collector in Australia can't be sent at all. For the six channels outside the US, book a carrier that accepts perfume or send from stock you already hold in their country, and put the date the bottle arrives in the brief.
