YouTube email finder: the business email for each channel you give it

Get channel emails is DataAtScale’s YouTube email finder. Give it channel handles, links or IDs, and it returns the business email for each channel, shown here on 25 coffee channels.

Step 1

A YouTube email finder that works from a list of channels

DataAtScale’s YouTube email finder is a tool called Get channel emails, and it returns the business email for each channel you give it. This run took 25 coffee channels that review espresso gear.

You can bring your own channels or build the list first in Search by topic, setting has an email and has done sponsorships before the search runs. A run takes up to 1,000 channels as handles, links or channel IDs.

Step 2

The emails that came back

Get channel emails found a business email for all 25 channels. It is the business email behind YouTube’s “View email address” button, which creators publish on their own channels. Emails are checked before delivery, and an address that can’t receive mail is left out.

Eighteen of the channels are in the United States, and the other seven are in Canada and Australia. Most lookups finish within minutes, so you can read the table and start writing in the same sitting.

Step 3

Most of these coffee channels are small

Fourteen of the 25 channels have under 25K subscribers, and only @Ethanrodecoffee is above 500K. Because the list came from a search that required past sponsorships, even the small channels have worked with a brand before.

That changes who you pitch. A roaster with a sample bag can write to the small channels, while a larger offer fits the four channels between 100K and 500K.

Step 4

Small channels can still reach a lot of people

@TeosTake has 2.2K subscribers and 913K total views from 278 videos. @andreythebarista has 1.3K subscribers and 677K total views from only 75 videos.

That works out to about 9K views a video for @andreythebarista, so read views next to subscribers before you rule out a small channel.

Step 5

The largest channels sit on the same list

@Ethanrodecoffee has 1.3M subscribers and 1B total views from 1.1K videos. @HoonsCoffee has 259K subscribers and 179M total views from 3.8K videos.

Both returned a business email in the same run as the two small channels above.

Step 6

Check the channel’s other links before you write

Each result also carries the links a channel lists, and 22 of the 25 channels list at least one. @LanceHedrick lists a second YouTube channel, Patreon, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

@coffeechronicler links a paid guide about water next to its website, so a water or filter brand has an easy opening line. Open the page a row points to before you write, since it also confirms you have the right channel.

Step 7

Run it again just before you send

Standard returns the emails we already have and looks up the channels we hold none for. Live re-check checks the channel again so the email is current, so use Standard while you build the list and Live re-check right before you send.

Step 8

Keep the list for the next round

Save the 25 channels to a list in DataAtScale and add your own status to each one, such as contacted or replied. A read-only link shows a teammate where the outreach stands, and the list downloads as a CSV for your own sheet.

DataAtScale finds creators on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram along with the emails they publish, and you can sign up for free to try it.
