Profeco, Mexico's consumer protection agency, published a Guide to Advertising for Influencers in August 2023, and its announcement advises "Utilizar referencias fáciles de entender, tales como: #Publicidad, #PublicidadPagada, #Patrocinio, #OpinionesPersonales" (use easy-to-understand labels such as these four hashtags) on paid posts. It also says the label should stay visible, free of extra hashtags and links, and readable for the whole length of a video. Name the label you want in the brief for any Mexico influencer, and ask for it on the full video.
